Pricing & Service Models
We do not present infrastructure as a fixed SaaS purchase. We first understand what you already have, then propose an architecture.
Pricing logic
SETORD service fees and infrastructure/placement costs are calculated and shown separately. A monthly management fee applies to the service level you choose. Infrastructure, placement and external backup storage are priced as separate line items so you pay for what you actually use. The deep assessment is a separate, fixed-scope paid service.
Free preliminary evaluation
The questionnaire, preliminary evaluation and preliminary plan are free. The deep assessment is a paid service and its fee may be credited to the project or subscription.
Management service models
Management service prices are separate from infrastructure, hardware, datacenter, storage and licence costs.
Managed Workplace

Management of your working IT environment: workplace health, identity and access, patching, security controls, monitoring and remote support. Backup, where relevant, is one component among several.

What the management fee includes
The monthly management fee covers operational work on the chosen service level.

Infrastructure profiles (estimated, separate from the service fee)
The customer chooses a complete infrastructure variant, not a list of components. Each profile shows what the architecture approximately contains and where it can be placed. Figures below are indicative ranges, not fixed quotes, and are separate from the SETORD service fee.
These are infrastructure/placement costs, shown separately from the SETORD service fee. They are not a quote and never merge into a single opaque monthly price.
Existing / Managed Workplace
Use when a new server cluster is not required.
The customer already has usable infrastructure — SaaS/cloud/on-prem or a workstation-centric estate. Existing servers can be retained. SETORD adds order, controls, backup/recovery, security, monitoring, documentation, access and cost optimization on top. Infrastructure cost: existing customer infrastructure; external services shown separately if added.
Small Resilient
For a standardized small cluster with resilient storage.
Approximately 3 nodes, Proxmox, distributed/shared resilient storage (Ceph where appropriate), a PBS/recovery layer, 32–64 GB RAM class per node as a typical starting point, 10 Gb private/interconnect networking where required, and external backup/object storage as required.
Indicative monthly infrastructure range, quoted per configuration.
Mid Resilient
For a resilient cluster with redundant networking.
Approximately 4 nodes, Proxmox, Ceph, PBS/recovery, 64–128 GB RAM class per node as a typical starting point, redundant network design, dual 10 Gb where applicable, and an external immutable/off-site backup target.
Previously approved target range for a typical Mid infrastructure: approximately €500–600/month before optional services and customer-specific additions. Treat as indicative only.
Enterprise / Sovereign
For complex, high-criticality or highly controlled estates.
4–8+ nodes depending on workload, Proxmox or VMware depending on technical, licensing, support, compliance and customer constraints, dedicated network/security layers, HA/DR design, external backup/recovery, customer SOC/security integrations where needed, enhanced segmentation, and stronger evidence/control requirements. Customer-controlled, on-prem or DC deployment is possible.
Indicative "from" or range where approved data is available; otherwise by configuration at this Enterprise level.
Customer DC / On-Prem / Colo
When infrastructure must stay under customer control.
Used when regulatory, contractual or internal policy requires it, or when the customer operates suitable space. SETORD manages or designs the environment without relocating it.
Placement variants
Infrastructure size and placement are separate decisions. The profile and placement requirements decide the class; the provider is an option proposed at contract stage, chosen for geography, SLA, ownership, compliance and budget. These providers are examples, not a permanent mapping.

Economy
For cost-sensitive workloads with no special Latvia/on-prem sovereignty requirement. Appropriate for many standard Small/Mid cases. Possible provider example: Hetzner, where technically and commercially appropriate.
Standard / Balanced
For stronger infrastructure/placement requirements: dedicated or bare-metal options, good network and resilience, EU hosting. Possible provider example: NovoServe / Netherlands or another approved equivalent.
Premium / Sovereign
For stronger customer-control, locality, contractual, regulatory, sovereignty or business-continuity requirements, in a dedicated local or premium DC environment. Possible provider example: Delska / Latvia or another approved equivalent.
Customer DC / On-Prem / Customer Colo
Used when infrastructure must remain under customer control, under regulatory/contractual/internal policy, or when the customer already operates suitable space. SETORD manages or designs the environment without relocating it.
How the recommendation is produced
Assess my ITThe mapping is based on the assessment profile — not company size alone. The wizard collects Size/profile, Criticality and Recovery requirements (S / C / R), plus workload, current architecture, security, compliance/audit, data location, budget and business-continuity needs. From these it recommends an infrastructure profile, which then sets placement requirements. Compliance is reported as observations on audit readiness, not a certification score.

Backup as part of managed operations
Backup is not a primary SETORD product. It is one component of a resilient architecture and managed environment, and standalone backup products are add-on options for special cases. External/off-site/immutable storage and customer-owned targets may be added according to required capacity, retention, RPO/RTO and provider.

Deep assessment commercial terms
The deep assessment is a separate fixed-scope paid service, agreed in writing before payment. It is performed mainly remotely and covers the scope you select. The fee may be credited to a later project or subscription. It is not an implementation service and does not include ongoing management.
