General questions
Do I need to buy new hardware or move everything to the cloud?
No. We do not need to sell you new hardware or move everything to cloud. The goal is to put the infrastructure in order and determine a rational target state.
Will you replace our administrator?
No. We do not need to replace your administrator. We can rebuild, document and hand over the new environment to them.
How much does the preliminary evaluation cost?
The questionnaire, preliminary evaluation and preliminary plan are free.
How much does the deep assessment cost?
The deep assessment is a paid service and its fee may be credited to the project or subscription.
Technical questions
Do I need technical knowledge to fill in the questionnaire?
No. The questionnaire is designed to be filled in without technical knowledge. "I don't know" is a valid answer.
Is the assessment a technical audit?
No. The preliminary evaluation is not a technical audit. The deep assessment provides a verified current state.
Do you force a specific placement provider?
No. The placement provider is selected after architecture, workload, geography, networking, SLA, ownership and commercial requirements are known.
