No. We manage infrastructure and operations. Hosting and hardware are a separate commercial item and are only chosen once the required architecture is known.

No. You don't have to move everything to the cloud. The target state is chosen to fit your situation — hosted, on-premises or a mix.

Not automatically. We first assess what you already have. Existing servers can stay and be brought into order where that is the rational target state.

Yes. We can rebuild, document and hand the environment over to your administrator, or work alongside them, depending on the service level.

Yes. The questionnaire, the preliminary evaluation and the preliminary plan are free.

A preliminary assessment: your S/M/L size and C/R criticality and recovery profile, an indication of risks and weak points, and a possible direction. It is preliminary — not a technical audit and not a final solution or price.

It is shorthand for size (S/M/L), criticality (C1–C3) and recovery (R1–R4). It helps choose a service and infrastructure class. It is not a certification or compliance score; Deep Assessment validates and may adjust it.

A paid professional engagement. It verifies the current state, validates the profile, and produces risks, a target service and infrastructure model, a transformation plan and an estimate.

Minimum legal and company details, plus an agreed scope. We do not ask for documents before they are actually needed.

No. Infrastructure, hardware, datacenter, storage and licences are separate commercial items from the management service.

Management pricing is based on the managed estate, operational criticality and recovery requirements — not on the purchase price of the infrastructure. Prices are shown as "from".

The placement site is chosen after architecture, workload, geography, networking, SLA, ownership and commercial requirements are known. Where existing infrastructure stays on-premises, that is reflected instead of inventing a hosting cost.

Yes. On-premises and colocation are placement options and are decided at contract stage.

Only where justified and never as the first step. We prefer documentation, exports and read-only evidence first. Privileged access, when needed, is scoped, temporary, approved and revoked.

Deep Assessment begins with a short agreement shown before payment. Standard remote work is paid by card; for larger B2B amounts an invoice or bank-transfer flow may be used.

Deep Assessment works remote-first. If on-site work is genuinely needed, travel and on-site costs are shown separately and approved before they are charged.

We help improve alignment and readiness for the security, governance and resilience requirements that apply to your organization. We do not claim automatic compliance or certification; detailed controls are defined during Deep Assessment.

Uploaded documents are used to prepare the assessment and are handled as set out in the Privacy Notice.

Unfinished assessments are automatically deleted after 30 days of inactivity.
