How SETORD, operated by PAYMART EU SIA, handles your personal data, including data you share through the assessment wizard and the contact form.

Data controller

What we collect

When you use the assessment wizard or the contact form we process the information you enter, such as your name, company, contact details, your answers about your IT infrastructure and any files you choose to upload. We also store a minimal amount of data needed to let you resume a saved assessment. If you complete the assessment, the submitted data is kept in our internal customer database (CRM) so we can follow up on your enquiry.

How we use it

We use your data to respond to your enquiry, to prepare a preliminary assessment and plan, and to provide the services you request. We do not sell your data and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

Data retention

Unfinished assessments are automatically deleted after 30 days of inactivity. How long we keep completed submissions, uploaded files and CRM records is being determined and will be stated here once finalised.

Location and technical data

We do not collect precise device location and we do not build a location profile of visitors. For security and to prevent abuse we may process standard technical identifiers (such as an IP address) in hashed form; these are not used to identify you individually and no country or city-level location is derived from them.

Cookies and statistics

We use only the essential cookie that stores your consent status. With your consent we may collect anonymous usage statistics to understand how the website is used.
